Yes - freon-containing units are our specialty. EPA rules require certified refrigerant recovery before recycling, and that's built into every fridge, freezer and A/C pickup we do.

Do you disconnect appliances?

We unplug and disconnect water lines on washers and fridges. Gas appliances need the line shut and capped first by a plumber or your super - we'll flag it when you book so pickup day goes smoothly.

Do you take water heaters?

Yes - water heaters, boilers, radiators and other heavy metal. It all goes to scrap recycling, and the carrying is included no matter what floor it lives on.

Can you pick up the old appliance when the new one arrives?

Yes - tell us your delivery window and we'll time the pickup the same day, so you're never storing a dead fridge in the hallway.
