We're based in Lynbrook. Not "we service Long Island" — the truck starts here.
That means no bridge, no tolls, no crosstown traffic and no travel fee from Valley Stream to Patchogue. It also means the crew has seen your town's setup before: the detached garage nobody has walked into since a parent got sick, the attic with forty years of boxes and a pull-down ladder, the above-ground pool that came down two summers ago and is still lying in the side yard.
We're a junk removal and demolition company, which is the part most haulers can't do. We don't just carry out what's inside the shed. We can take the shed.
We're based in Lynbrook, so Nassau and Suffolk are our fastest service area - no bridge, no tolls, no travel fee anywhere. Bulk collection here is run town by town and carter by carter, so call yours first for one couch. We're for the garage, the attic, the estate and the shed that has to come down.
You pay for the space your stuff takes up in the truck, starting at a one-eighth-truck minimum. That price covers everything — two people, the lifting, the carry-out, the truck, the disposal fees at the other end, and sweeping up after. No separate labour charge, no fuel surcharge, no travel fee anywhere in Nassau or Suffolk.
Two things move the number. Volume is the main one. Weight is the other, and only for heavy material — concrete, soil, tile, roofing — which we quote upfront rather than adding afterwards.
The fastest way to a real number is to text a photo to (833) 586-5863. We price from the picture and text back, usually within minutes. No appointment, nobody standing in your kitchen with a clipboard.
Long Island is also the easiest place we work, and that shows up in the price. Driveways instead of double-parking. No freight elevator, no certificate of insurance for a building manager, no permit to put a container on your own property. Every one of those is a cost in the city and none of them applies here.
Sometimes. And unlike New York City, there is no single answer — which is the thing that catches people out.
New York City has one Sanitation Department and one set of rules for eight million people. Long Island has dozens.
Collection is run town by town, and inside a town it is split again into sanitation districts, incorporated villages, and private carters under contract. Two houses a mile apart can have different carters, different schedules and completely different rules about what goes to the kerb.
The Town of North Hempstead says it plainly in its own guidance: if you need to arrange a bulk pick-up, contact the private carter that services your area — because the town cannot answer for all of them. Hempstead runs the same way, split across its own sanitation districts. Suffolk towns each handle it their own way again.
So the honest answer is: find out who picks up your trash, and call them first. If it's one couch and they'll take it on Tuesday, take the Tuesday. We would rather tell you that than sell you a truck.
Here's where that stops working, and where we're actually worth the money:
We handle all of the above on one visit. Refrigerant appliances go to a licensed processor, electronics to an e-waste recycler, and we'll tell you where to take the hazardous items rather than quietly leaving them in your garage.
Who collects your street decides your rules. Find out who it is and ask them.
Refrigerant appliances and electronics have their own rules. We handle both.
Which matters when a closing, an estate sale or a move-out lands on a Saturday and the next bulk collection day is nowhere near it.
Nassau or Suffolk, near or far, the truck-volume price is the whole price. We're in Lynbrook, so there's no bridge and no toll in it either.
On your own driveway, no — and that is a real difference from the city, where a container at the kerb needs a Department of Transportation permit issued to a registered carter.
Here, a driveway container is just a container. We drop it, you fill it over the week, we take it away: 10-yard, around $670 and 15-yard, around $740, both with a 7-day rental included — one ton of weight on the 10-yard, a ton and a half on the 15. Heavy material is quoted upfront.
If it has to go in the street rather than on your property, that's a village or town matter and the rules vary the same way collection does. Tell us where it's going and we'll sort out what's needed before you book.
This is most of what we do out here, and it's worth saying what it actually looks like.
We do these constantly, and they're rarely just about the junk. There's usually a deadline attached to a closing, family who don't live nearby, and a house nobody has been through properly in years.
We walk it with you first, free. Anything usable is sorted for donation rather than thrown, and you get the receipts. If you need to find documents, photographs or jewellery before anything moves, say so and we'll work slowly and flag what turns up. Most houses clear in a day or two.
The three rooms that fill up because nothing ever leaves them. Pull-down ladders, low headroom, a narrow stair, forty years of boxes — that's the normal job, not the hard one.
We handle these without commentary and without an audience. Discreet, unmarked-looking work, no lectures, and we'll work at whatever pace the family needs.
Yes — this is the half most haulers can't offer.
Sheds, decks, above-ground pools, fences, hot tubs, playsets and detached garages: one crew arrives, takes it apart, and hauls the debris away on the same visit. You don't book a demolition contractor for Tuesday and a hauler for Thursday, and you don't leave a pile of splintered decking on the lawn in between.
Concrete, patios and walkways too. Weight is the real cost on those, so they're quoted upfront.
Faster here than anywhere else we work, because here is where we are.
Nassau bookings often get a same-day window within hours. Suffolk same-day usually works if you book before noon. We work seven days a week and weekends are no extra charge, which matters for closings, estate sales and move-outs that land on a Saturday.
All of Nassau and Suffolk, with no travel fee anywhere:
Between 60 and 80 per cent of every load is recycled, donated or repurposed rather than landfilled. Furniture and appliances in usable condition go to local charities, metal goes to scrap, electronics go to an e-waste processor, and clean wood and building material is separated out. Only what genuinely can't be recovered goes to a transfer station.
We've been doing this since 2018 and have cleared over 500 jobs across Long Island and the five boroughs.
Trucks start and end the day in Lynbrook - so Nassau jobs often get windows within hours, and Suffolk same-day is routine when you book in the morning.
Every town and village handles bulk pickup, e-waste and appliance disposal differently. We deal with the right transfer stations and recyclers per town, so you don't have to decode a sanitation calendar.
Long Island homes come with basements, attics, garages AND yards. Estate cleanouts, above-ground pool removal, shed demo - one crew, one price, usually one day.
"Demo'd our old kitchen and hauled every scrap of debris the same day. One crew, one bill. Highly recommend."
$25 off when you book this week. Free quotes, seven days.
